Orders required for Monday delivery must be placed by 11am on the previous Friday. *IF YOU ARE SELECTING A MONDAY FOR DELIVERY - please note that we will dispatch your order to be delivered on the date provided however on occasion the courier has been known to deliver early on Saturday - this is completely out of our control and cannot accept any claim should this happen. Please always refer to your tracking info for updates and notifications for your delivery slot*

🎈Please Note: This item is only available to UK Mainland Postal Addresses - We send this item VIA DPD TRACKED NEXT DAY & SIGNED FOR. You must make sure someone is in to sign for the item. If someone is not in then DPD will not leave the goods. If the balloon arrives late due to a delivery failure based on NO ONE AT HOME then the item will not be able to be returned OR refunded. Unfortunately we cannot ship our balloons to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.
Due to the nature of our products, sometimes they may arrive not looking as intended. All of our balloons are created by hand by incredible professional and passionate balloon artists who don't allow any items to leave unless they are absolutely perfect. Should your balloons end up damaged in transit, please email us a picture of your product within 24 hours of its arrival and we'll do all we can to help resolve the issue.
Our products are classed as perishable, we're unable to issue discounts or refunds if an image of the faulty item isn't provided within 24 hours of arrival🎈
